THE DOÑA ANA COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MAY CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION tto discuss a limited personnel matter related to the hiring of a permanent County Manager; pursuant to the attorney-client privilege to discuss pending or threatened litigation regarding opioid manufacturers and distributors; and, to discuss pending or threatened litigation related to the case of BOCC v. Carrillo cause number D-307-CV-2003-01552 & D-307-CV-2003-00862 and related matters; and, to discuss the purchase or acquisition of real property; as authorized by the Open Meetings Act, NMSA 1978, § 10-15-1 (H) (2), (7) & (8) respectively.

THE DOÑA ANA COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MAY CONVENE IN OPEN SESSION to take action, if any, on the closed session items.
