  2. Presentation on the Illegal Dumping Campaign Grant Performance Report 2012-2014, between Doña Ana County, the Bureau of Land Management and Various Supporting Agencies – Chuck McMahon, Assistant County Manager, will present.
CONSENT AGENDA - The Board will be asked to approve by one motion the following items of recurring or routine business:
  3. Approve Assignment of Doña Ana County International Jetport Land for Lot No. F-IC from Granite Hangar Development Co., LLC (as Assignor) to Stanley P. Jobe (as Assignee) – William Provance, Jetport Manager, will discuss.
  4. Approve Grant Agreement Application Process for Crackseal Taxiway A and Connectors and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for all Related Documents – Bill Provance, Jetport Manager, will discuss.
  5. Approve Acceptance of a Grant Agreement between NM Border Authority and Doña Ana County for Construction of Southbound Commercial Lanes at Santa Teresa Port of Entry and Budget Revision and Resolution including Granting Signature Authority for the County Manager to Sign all Related Documents – Robert Armijo, County Engineer, will discuss.
  6. Accept Sub-Grant Agreement EMW-2014-EP-00047-S01-Doña Ana County Emergency Management Performance Grant through the New Mexico Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management and Delegate Signature Authority to County Manager for Related Contract Documents – Robert Monsivaiz, Fire Marshal, will discuss.
  7. Approve Award of Competitive Sealed Bid 14-0048 for the Court Hold Animal Shelter and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for Related Contract Documents – Armando Cordero, Facilities and Parks Manager, will discuss.

  8. Approve Resolution Recognizing Joint Business Objective between Doña Ana County and the Greater Las Cruces Chamber of Commerce – Daniel Hortert, Community Development Director, will discuss.
  9. Approve Resolution to Participate in the Program of the South Central Council Of Governments, Inc. for Fiscal Year 2014-2015 and Appoint Members and Alternate to Serve on the SCCOG Board – Julia T. Brown, County Manager, will discuss.
  10. Approve Agreement to Convey Land in Exchange for Design and Construction Work and Delegate Signature Authority to County Manger to Sign Agreement and Limited Conditional Forbearance – Chuck McMahon, Assistant County Manager, will discuss.
  11. Approve Year-End Budget Resolution and Budget Revision for the FY 13-14 Budget – Bill Noland, Finance Director, will discuss.
  12. Approve Resolution Adopting Doña Ana County’s FY2014-2015 Final Budget – Bill Noland, Finance Director, will discuss.
  13. Present the 2016-2020 Preliminary Infrastructure Capital Improvement Plan (ICIP) – Robert Armijo, County Engineer, will discuss.
CORRESPONDENCE
  14. Lynn Ellins, County Clerk, will present to the Commission any claims received by Doña Ana County.

COMMISSION MAY CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION

to discuss threatened or pending litigation regarding a subdivision, as authorized by the Open Meetings Act, § 10-15-1 (H) (7).

 

COMMISSION MAY CONVENE IN OPEN SESSION to take action, if any, on the closed session items.

COMMISSION ADJOURNS AS THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND THE COUNTY BOARD OF FINANCE IN OPEN SESSION.
