Financial Help for Small Businesses and Residents

The Doña Ana County CARES Act Relief Funds applications are due by 5 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 4. However the New Mexico Finance Authority, NMFA will begin accepting applications Monday, Dec. 7.

Businesses may apply for a grant for Small Business CARES Relief Grant even if they applied for funding from Doña Ana County. Please click here for more information and to apply through Friday Dec. 18.

RESIDENTS:

Doña Ana County residents who rent or are homeowners and experienced a loss of a job or a reduction in income resulting from the coronavirus pandemic are invited to apply for up to $4,000, per household.

To qualify, applicants must be 30 days or more past-due for rent or mortgage payment; have documented loss of income of at least 30 percent or loss of employment, after March 1.

The application is available here or from Tierra Del Sol Housing Corporation.
Once completed, all applications must be submitted to Tierra del Sol Housing Corporation, 210 E. Idaho Ave., Las Cruces, NM 88005.
