Dona Ana County relies on competitive seal bids or request for proposals to obtain certain goods and services. The County would like to see that all interested vendors have the opportunity to conduct business with the County. The County's Bidders list is one method the County uses to get the word out on invitations to bid and request for proposals.

Getting on the Bidders List is easy. Vendors can register with the Purchasing Office to be on the Bidders list by filling out the Bidders List Application. You can email the completed form to or print the completed form and mail to Dona Ana County Purchasing Department, 845 N Motel Blvd. Room 2-147 Las Cruces, NM 88007. Once the Bidders list application is completed and returned, whenever an Invitation to Bid or Request for Proposal is issued for your product or service, you should be notified.

The Purchasing Department does not guarantee notification but will make every effort to notify registered vendors. All formal bids and proposals are advertised in the legal section of the Las Cruces Sun News (in most cases in the Sunday paper) and on the County's Online Bids web page.

It is the vendor's responsibility to check the newspaper and or the web site weekly for solicitations.
