The applicant is proposing no improvements to Aldaz Rd. a County maintained thirty foot (30’) wide ROW with twenty feet (20’) of improved roadway, where fifty feet (50’) of ROW, with twenty-four feet (24’) of improved roadway is required, in order to pursue a Summary Subdivision of five (5) lots
