2. Approve Resolution to Adopt the Standing Committee’s Recommended Findings and Proposed Disposition of Property Attached Hereto – Don Bullard, Purchasing Manager, will discuss.
3. Approve Public Housing Certifications of Compliance with the PHA Plans and Related Regulations, and Civil Rights Certification and Board Resolution, to Accompany the PHA Five-Year and Annual Plans for Fiscal Year 2011, and Delegate Signature Authority to Board Chair – Thomas G. Hassell, Doña Ana County Housing Authority Executive Director, will discuss.
4. Approve Award to Bohannan Huston of RFP 11-0002 for the East Mesa Flood Control Drainage Master Plan and Delegate Signature Authority to County Manager for Related Contract Documents – Paul Dugie, Flood Commission, will discuss.
5. Approve Resolution Renewing Certain Contracts for Fiscal year 2011-2012 and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager to Sign Documents on behalf of Doña Ana County – Connie Wells, Contract Officer, will discuss.
6. Approve 2011 Annual Certified County Maintained Road Mileage Report – Robert Armijo, County Engineer, will discuss.
7. Approve Grant Agreement Application Process for Airport Project, Budget Resolution and Budget Revision and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for all related Documents – Vernon Wilson, Airport Manager, will discuss.
