5. Case # CV10-001: The applicant, James R. Erbes, requests a Variance to the minimum rear and front yard setback requirements. The applicant requests a seven foot (7’) rear yard setback to place a 12’ x 60’ (720 sq. ft.) mobile home on the property; where a twenty-five foot (25’) rear yard setback is required. The applicant is also proposing a twenty-three foot (23’) front yard setback; where a twenty-five foot (25’) front yard setback is required. The 0.11-acre parcel is zoned Performance District (PD) and is addressed as 237 E. Savannah Road in San Miguel, NM. The property is identified as being within Section 3, Township 25 South, Range 2 East, recorded on December 31, 2008 as Instrument # 0834724 in the Office of the Doña Ana County Clerk, and can be further identified by Map Code # 4-010-145-053-497.

6. Case # CV10-002: The applicant, José Hernandez, requests a Variance to the minimum front yard setback requirements. The applicant requests a seven foot (7’) nine inch (9”) front yard setback in order to bring into compliance a remodeled porch; where a twenty-five foot (25’) front yard setback is required. The 0.26-acre parcel is zoned CR-1 (Single Family Residential) and is addressed as 422 Timbers Street in Anthony, NM. The property is identified as being within Section 36, Township 26 South, Range 3 East, recorded on January 2, 1996 as Instrument # 9649 in the Office of the Doña Ana County Clerk, and can be further identified by Map Code # 4-018-156-290-205.

Case # SD08-005/Parque Homes: The applicant, Tierra Del Sol Housing Corporation, is proposing a Type II Subdivision to be known as Parque Homes, to be located on twenty-five (25) acres within the Performance District. The applicant seeks to subdivide two (2) parcels into eighty-five (85) lots ranging in size from 0.14 to 0.99 acres each.
