6. CASE# SU09-010/CHÁVEZ: The applicant, José Chávez, is requesting a Special Use Permit to place a 980 sq. ft. mobile home as accessory living quarters on the subject property. The 1.97-acre parcel is zoned ER3M (Residential, one-acre minimum new lot size, single-family site-built and mobile homes), with a 2000 sq. ft. site-built home serving as the primary residence. It is addressed as 1437 Missionary Ridge Road, and is described as Part of Lot 81 of the Subdivision of Lots 4 & 5 of the Brazito Tract in the Hugh Stevenson Grant, as recorded in the Office of the Doña Ana County Clerk on November 20, 1916. The property is located south of the City of Las Cruces within Section 25, Township 24 South, and Range 2 East, and can be further identified by Map Code # 4-012-143-290-414.

CASE # SU09-011/JIMÉNEZ: The applicants, Justin Aragón & Sabrina Jiménez, are requesting a Special Use Permit to place a 1,404 sq. ft. mobile home as accessory living quarters on the subject parcel. The 0.71-acre parcel is zoned EV (Village District, unincorporated places with fairly dense residential mixed with commercial uses), and contains a 1,450 sq ft. site-built home serving as the primary residence. It is addressed as 430 Thorpe Road, and is recorded in Book 254, Page 812 in the Office of the Doña Ana County Clerk on Feb. 20, 2001, and is described as Lot PR2 of the original Doña Ana Townsite Subdivision. The property is located north of the City of Las Cruces within Section 14, Township 22 South, and Range 1 East, and can be further identified by Map Code # 4-005-129-077-521.
