The Las Cruces Extra-Territorial Zoning Commission agenda for a public hearing to be held on Thursday, May 7, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in the County Commission Chambers at 845 N. Motel Boulevard, Las Cruces, New Mexico.

1. Case ETZS-08-008a: A request to appeal the approval of a final plat for Ladera Canyon Estates on February 9, 2009. Ladera Canyon Estates is a Large Land Area Subdivision that includes 4 residential lots on 26.28 +/- acres of vacant land. Submitted by Greg Green, appellant. This case was postponed until May 7, 2009 at the April 2, 2009 ETZ Commission meeting.

V. NEW BUSINESS
1. Case ETZS-09-002W: A request to waive the required dedication of right-of-way to Pajaro Road and New Mexico State Highway 28 for a Large Land Area subdivision known as Biad Farm Subdivision. In lieu of dedication of right-of-way, the applicant will provide a road easement to Pajaro Road. In addition, the applicant is also seeking to waive the required dedication of 50-feet right-of-way for internal roadways. The subject property is located on the southwest corner of New Mexico State Highway 28 and Pajaro Road. Submitted by Victor and Sandy Biad, property owners.
