CASE # SU09-002 / MADRID: The applicant, Blanca Madrid, is requesting a Special Use Permit within the EV Zoning District (Village Zone, unincorporated communities that have fairly dense residential areas mixed with commercial activities) to operate a child care facility from her residence. Pursuant to Article 3, Section 3.2.E.3.B, of the ETZ Ordinance, a child care facility requires a Special Use Permit within the EV District.
