CASE # Z08-015 / DURAN: The applicants, Ron and Bea Duran, (Gerald Donohue, Agent) are requesting a Zone Change on a 3.09-acre parcel from ER4M (Residential, 1/2-acre minimum new lot size, single-family site built and mobile homes) to EI1 (Light Industrial District, 5,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size) for future development. 8. CASE # SU08-019 / JOHNSON: The applicant, Raymond A. Johnson, is requesting a Special Use Permit to place a 1152 sq. ft. accessory living quarters (a guest house). The 1.0-acre parcel is zoned ER 3M (Residential, 1-acre minimum new lot size, single-family site-built and mobile homes). The subject parcel is addressed as 1510 Orchard Ave., and is identified as USRS Tract 13-11CA, recorded on May 2, 1994, in Book 381, Pages 19-20 in the Office of the Doña Ana County Clerk. It is located south of the City of Las Cruces, within Section 6, Township 24 South, Range 2 East and can be further identified by Map Code # 4-007-139-526-318.

CASE SU08-018 / SALCIDO: The applicant, Alicia Salcido, is requesting a Special Use Permit within the ER2 Zoning District (Residential, 2-acre minimum new lot size, single-family site-built homes) to place a 1,232 sq. ft. mobile home as accessory living quarters under the medical hardship provision of Section 2.6.C of the ETZ Ordinance 88-02, as amended. 10. CASE # SU09-001 / PICACHO LAND DEVELOPMENT, LLC: The applicant, Picacho Land Development, LLC, Tommy Etterling, agent, is requesting a Special Use Permit to construct a public utility installation; a water supply booster pump, for water service for the Picacho Mountain IIA Subdivision in the ER4 Zoning District. Pursuant to Article 3, Section 3.1.E.2.d; public utility installations, substations, and water wells require a Special Use Permit in the ER4 District. 11. CASE # Z08-016 / ARCHULETA: The applicant, Archuleta Real Estate Solutions, Inc., Martin Pillar, Agent, is requesting a Zone Change on four (4) parcels totaling 70.569-acres. The applicant proposes a 7.237-acre parcel to be rezoned from ER4M (Residential, ½-acre minimum new lot size, single-family site-built and mobile homes) to EC2 (Community Commercial District, 5,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size) and the remaining 63.332-acres to be rezoned from ER4M to ER5 (Residential, 1/3-acre minimum new lot size, single-family site-built homes) for the future River Walk Estates residential and commercial development.
