6. CASE # SU08-016/MARTINEZ: The applicant, Al Martinez, is requesting a Special Use Permit within the ER3M Zoning District (Residential, 1-acre minimum new lot size, single-family site built and mobile homes) to place a mobile home as accessory living quarters. The 1.218-acre parcel is addressed at 1367 Missionary Ridge and is located within Section 25, Township 24 South, Range 2 East. The subject property is described as Part of Lot 81 of the Subdivision of Lots 4 & 5 of the Brazito Tract in the Hugh Stevenson Grant as filed November 20, 1916, and can be further identified by Map Code Number 4-012-143-220-438.

CASE # SU08-017/QUINONES: The applicant, Jim Quinones, is requesting a Special Use Permit within the ER2M Zoning District (Residential, 2-acre minimum new lot size, single-family site built and mobile homes) to place a 1,792 sq. ft. mobile home on a 3.0-acre parcel, to be used as accessory living quarters under a medical hardship Section 2.6.C of the Ordinance. The applicant is also seeking a 192 sq. ft. variance to the 1,600 sq. ft. maximum size requirement of Section 7.2.A of the Ordinance. The subject parcel is located north of the City of Las Cruces, addressed at 1045 Wiley Ave., Las Cruces, NM, and is within Section 22, Township 22 South, Range 1 East. The subject property is described as Part of Lot 1, Block B, of the Mountain View Addition Subdivision, and can be further identified by Map Code Number
4-004-130-255-352.
8. CASE # Z08-015/DURAN: The applicants, Ron and Bea Duran, (Gerald Donohue, Agent) are requesting a Zone Change on a 3.09-acre parcel from ER4M (Residential, 1/2-acre minimum new lot size, single-family site built and mobile homes) to EI1 (Light Industrial District, 5,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size) for future development. The subject property is located south of the City of Las Cruces, is addressed at 105 Watson Lane, within Section 32, Township 23 South, Range 2 East. The subject parcel is described as Lot #2 of the Watson Court Subdivision filed in Book 10, Page 356 of the Dona Ana County Records and can be further identified by Map Code Number 4-008-138-179-194.
