6. CASE #SU08-015 / CRISP: The applicant, David W. Crisp, Joe Hays, agent, is requesting a Special Use Permit to construct a 1516 sq. ft. accessory living quarters (a site-built guest house). The 2.44-acre parcel is zoned ER 2 (Residential, 2-acre minimum new lot size, single-family site-built homes) is addressed at 4840 Roundup Road; and is described as Lot 10A of Los Vaqueros Subdivision, recorded in Book 16, Pages 393-394 in the Office of the Doña Ana County Clerk. It is located northeast of the City of Las Cruces, within Section 11, Township 22 South, Range 3 East and can be further identified by Map Code # 4-017-128-110-195.

CASE # Z08-013 / CHIN: The applicant, Jae Man Chin, (Paul Pompeo, Agent) is requesting a Zone Change on the 11.42-acre southern portion of a 51.19-acre parcel from ER4 (Residential, 1/2-acre minimum new lot size, single-family site built homes) to EC2 (Commercial ¾-acre minimum new lot size, single-family site built and mobile homes) for a proposed commercial zone along the frontage of Bataan Memorial West and a subdivision on the remaining portion of the parcel. The subject property is located northeast of the City of Las Cruces on Bataan Memorial West, within Section 8, Township 22 South, Range 3 East. It is recorded in Book 705, pages 805-806 in the Office of the Doña Ana County Clerk and can be further identified by Map Code # 4-014-128-409-150.

CASE # Z08-014 / CHEI: The applicants, David & Jihee Chei, (Paul Pompeo, Agent) is requesting a Zone Change on the 13.58-acre southern portion of a 50.98-acre parcel from ER4 (Residential, 1/2-acre minimum new lot size, single-family site built homes) to EC2 (Commercial ¾-acre minimum new lot size, single-family site built and mobile homes) for a proposed commercial zone along the frontage of Bataan Memorial West and a subdivision on the remaining northern portion of the parcel. The subject property is located northeast of the City of Las Cruces on Bataan Memorial West, within Section 8, Township 22 South, Range 3 East. It is recorded in Book 705, pages 815-817 in the Office of the Doña Ana County Clerk and can be further identified by Map Code # 4-014-128-346-160.
