COMMISSION WILL CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION to discuss collective bargaining negotiations between the County and the and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees’ (AFSCME) bargaining unit representing blue collar workers; the contents of a competitive sealed proposal for a sole source purchase exceeding $2,500; and the purchase, acquisition, or disposal of real property or water rights as authorized by the Open Meetings Act, § 10-15-1 (H) (5), (6), and (8) respectively.
