6. CASE #V07-010/PICACHO LAND DEVELOPMENT LLC: The applicants, Picacho Land Development, LLC, Bob and Karen Pofahl agents, are requesting the following: 1) a 10 ft. Variance from the minimum front yard setback of 20 ft. to 10 ft., 2) a Variance of 10 ft. from the minimum rear yard setback of 20 ft. to 10 ft., and 3) a Variance of 10 ft. from the minimum lot width of 60 ft. to 50 ft. in the ER7 Zoning District (Residential, 5000 sq. ft. minimum new lot size, single-family, duplex or apartment units with a medium density residential character). Total lot size will meet the ER7 requirement of 5000 sq. ft. The parcels affected are 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, and 25, total 230.30 acres, are part of the Picacho Mountain Master plan in the Enchanted Desert Subdivision Replat 1 of Tract 3A2, located within Section 12 and 13, Township 23 South, Range 1 East, and can be further identified by Map Code Number 4-001-134-110-439.
