The Las Cruces Extra-Territorial Zoning Commission will consider the following agenda for a public hearing to be held on Thursday, March 01, 2007, at 7:00 p.m., in the County Commission Chambers at 845 N. Motel Boulevard Las Cruces New Mexico.

1) Case ETZS-06-101: A request for Sketch Plan approval for Puerta De Las Cruces. The subject properties are located west of Interstate 10, north of Missionary Ridge Road traversing the future extensions of East Organ, Harper and Yucca Roads. The sketch plan encompasses 5 distinct phases with a combined area of 469.55 + acres with a proposed build-out range of 1,820 to 2,275 residential parcels. Submitted by Philippou, LLC.

V. NEW BUSINESS

1) Case ETZS-06-093: A request to approve a wavier eliminating roadway improvements for approximately 5,300 linear feet of Spur Ridge Road. The request will facilitate replatting Lot 3 of Z-Ranch Estates into two distinct tracts. Current regulations require any parcel within a previously platted subdivision seeking further division shall have access from an improved roadway conforming to Dona Ana County Design Standards. The subject property is located west of Soledad Canyon Road on Spur Ridge Road. Submitted By Western Land Surveying for Cesar Cereceres.

2) Case ETZS-06-097: A request to approve a wavier to eliminate pro-rata roadway improvements for a designated collector roadway known as Hondo Road. The request will facilitate replatting Lot 2A of Steppan Replat No.1 into three (3) distinct lots. Current regulations require any parcel within a previously platted subdivision seeking further division shall conform to the underlying design standards. Based on the designation of Hondo Road as a designated collector status roadway pro-rata improvements are required in conformance with City of Las Cruces Design Standards. 3) Case ETZS-06-110: A waiver request to eliminate required rights-of-way dedication of 30 feet along Doña Ana Road and 5 feet along San Ysidro Road for a proposed two-lot subdivision. The subject property is located at 605 San Ysidro Road (SW corner of San Ysidro Road and Doña Ana Road) and is a 1.90 ± acre parcel. The request, if approved, will facilitate a proposed two (2) lot subdivision to be known as the B & H Subdivision. Submitted by Donohue Land Surveys for Billie Enoch.

4) Case ETZS-07-016: A request for preliminary plat approval for Las Vistas Subdivision #6, Replat #1. The subdivision consist of 17 proposed lots on 19.96 ± acres. The property is located north of Las Vistas Road and west of Mesilla Hills Road. Submitted by Southwest Engineering for Chris Slaveck and Arron T. Spaulding.
