The Doña Ana County Planning and Zoning Commission will consider the following agenda at their Regular Meeting to be held Thursday, February 8, 2007 at 9:00 a.m., in the Commission Chambers, of the Doña Ana County Government Center, 845 North Motel Blvd., Las Cruces, New Mexico.

3. Case #SD05-019: Submitted by Jose Sanchez, a Type 3B Subdivision in the Anthony Community District to be known as Pleasant Valley Estates Subdivision. The subject property is zoned CR-1, Community Residential, 6,000 sq. ft. minimum lot sizes. The proposed subdivision will consist of 16 residential lots ranging in size from 1.020 acres to 1.19 acres on 18.324 acres. The subject property is located in Anthony on the southwest corner of Whispering Dove Avenue and Mil Acres Street and is within Township 26 South, Range 3 East, Section 26, Map Code #4-17-155-045-314.
