The Las Cruces Extra-territorial Zoning Commission will consider the following agenda at a public hearing to be held Thursday, February 01, 2007, at 7:00 P.M., in the Commission Chambers in the Doña Ana County Government Center, 845 N. Motel Boulevard, Las Cruces, New Mexico, 88007.

1. Case ETZS-06-080: A request for preliminary plat approval for the property known as Wildwood Subdivision. The subject property is located west of Weisner Road, south of El Centro Boulevard, and north of Luna Vista Road. The preliminary plat proposes 34 ± residential lots on 41.169 ± acres zoned ER 3M (Residential, one-acre minimum new lot size, site-built homes only) Residential District. The applicant is requesting a wavier to eliminate sidewalks and street lighting along El Centro. The request also entails a four (4) foot sidewalk with a thirty (30) foot pavement section (Weisner Road). The applicant also requests eliminating street lighting and curb and guttering along Weisner Road. Submitted by Western Land Surveying for Isaacks Land Development Ltd Co.

2. Case ETZS-06-060: A request for Sketch Plan approval for the properties known as Vista Bella Subdivision. The properties are located east of Harvey Farms Road, east of Dona Ana Road traversing the Dona Ana Lateral. The properties combined acreage is 46.611+ acres with a total build-out of twenty residential lots. The properties currently have a zoning designation of ER2 (Residential, two acre minimum new lot size, site-built homes only). Submitted by BRG for DAPP, LLC.

3. Case ETZS-06-061: A request for preliminary plat approval for the properties known as Vista Bella Subdivision. The properties are located east of Harvey Farms Road, east of Dona Ana Road traversing the Dona Ana Lateral. The properties combined acreage is 46.611+ acres containing twenty (20) residential lots. The properties currently have a zoning designation of ER2 (Residential, two acre minimum new lot size, site-built homes only). Submitted by BRG for DAPP, LLC.

4. Case ETZS-06-091: A request for final plat approval for a cluster subdivision known as Rancho Don Rey. The properties are located west of Hwy 478 and north of Pajaro Road. The properties combined acreage of 61.95+ acres proposes 59 residential lots. A wavier request has also been submitted to allow a maximum of one (1) dwelling unit on parcels 1 through 3 (designated as open space areas). Submitted by Denton Ventures for Pajaro Road, L.L.C.

5. Case ETZS-06-022: A request for a wavier for lot 5, Block 14 EBLT Subdivision “C” with respect to internal roadway requirements. The applicant is requesting eliminating sidewalks and street lighting as required by the City of Las Cruces Design Standards. The property is located east of Del Rey Boulevard and south of Sandhill Road. Submitted by Zia Engineering & Environmental Consultants for Westmoreland Ent, LLC.

6. Case ETZS-06-023: A request for a wavier for lot 16, Block 14 EBLT Subdivision “C” with respect to internal roadway requirements. The applicant is requesting eliminating sidewalks and street lighting as required by the City of Las Cruces Design Standards. 7. Case ETZS-06-105: A request for Preliminary Plat approval for a 16 lot residential subdivision known as Linda Vista Estates, Phase 3. The subject property is located south of Purple Mountain Avenue and east of Boiling Lane and contains 25.469 acres. The subject property lies within the approved Sketch Plan for Linda Vista Estates and is zoned ER4. Submitted by Zia Engineering for Linda Vista Development, LLC.
