NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

The following will be considered at a Special Meeting of the Doña Ana County Board of Commissioners to be held immediately following the Board’s Regular 9:00 a.m. Meeting of Tuesday, September 12, 2006, in the Doña Ana County Commission Chambers, 1st Floor, Doña Ana County Government Center, 845 North Motel Boulevard, Las Cruces, New Mexico:

Roll Call of Commission Members Present and Determination of Quorum.

COMMISSION CONVENES AS THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS IN OPEN SESSION.

APPROVALS
1. Approve Resolution, Superceding Resolution #06-84, Amending the 2008-2012 Infrastructure Capital Improvement Plan (ICIP) – Jorge Granados, Public Works Director, will discuss.
2. Approve Resolution Approving Doña Ana County as the Applicant for Access Modifications to NM 136 and Approve Signature Authority for the County Manager – Chuck McMahon, Director, Planning and Community Development Department, will discuss.
3. Approve Resolution Authorizing the County Manager to Enter into an Agreement with the Federal Emergency Management Agency for Use of Nine Acres in Salem for Temporary Housing for Displaced Flood Victims – Jess Williams, Director, Public Information Department, will discuss.

COMMISSION ADJOURNS AS THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND THE COUNTY CANVASSING BOARD.
