NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

The following will be considered at a Special Meeting of the Doña Ana County Board of Commissioners to be held on Tuesday, August 22, 2006, at 8:55 a.m. in the Doña Ana County Commission Chambers, 1st Floor, Doña Ana County Government Center, 845 North Motel Boulevard, Las Cruces, New Mexico:

Roll Call of Commission Members Present and Determination of Quorum.

COMMISSION CONVENES AS THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS IN OPEN SESSION.

1 Adopt a Resolution Declaring a Disaster in Doña Ana County - Fire Marshal Paul Chavez will discuss.

COMMISSION ADJOURNS AS THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND THE COUNTY CANVASSING BOARD.
