60-72 14. Acceptance of Memorandum of Agreement Between New Mexico Department of Health and Doña Ana County for Funding to Support Local Pandemic Influenza Preparedness. Staff Request the Board to Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager-Paul Chavez, Fire Marshal will discuss.
73 15. Recognition of the Efforts of The Doña Ana County Health and Human Services Alliance-C. Silvia Sierra, Director, Health Human Services Department will discuss.
74-76 16. Resolution to Adopt the HHS Alliance Action Plan and Prevention Framework as the Doña Ana County Healthcare Initiative-C. Silvia Sierra, Director Health Human Services Department will discuss.
COMMISSION WILL CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION
to discuss collective bargaining negotiations between the County and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal employees; (AFSCME) Bargaining Units representing Detention Center Employees and Blue Collar workers as authorized by the Open Meetings Act, 10-15-1 (H) (5).
