COMMISSION MAY CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION
to discuss collective bargaining negotiations between Doña Ana County and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME), the bargaining unit representing Doña Ana County employees, as authorized by the Open Meetings Act, Section 10-15-1 (H)(5).
COMMISSION MAY CONVENE IN OPEN SESSION
to take action, if any, on closed session items.
