The following will be considered at a Special Meeting of the Doña Ana County Board of Commissioners to be held immediately following the 9:00 a.m. Regular Meeting of the Doña Ana County Board of Commissioners on Tuesday, April 11, 2006, in the Doña Ana County Commission Chambers, 2nd Floor, 251 West Amador Avenue, Las Cruces, New Mexico:

Roll Call of Commission Members Present and Determination of Quorum.

COMMISSION CONVENES AS THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS IN OPEN SESSION.

  1. Approval of Sealed Bid #06-0068 to The Greenhouse, Inc. for Renovations to the Delores Wright Memorial Park in Chaparral; Delegation of Signature Authority to the County Manager for Related Contract, Amendments, and Change Orders; and Approval of Related Budget Revision and Budget Resolution.

COMMISSION ADJOURNS AS THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS IN OPEN SESSION.
