The Doña Ana County Planning and Zoning Commission will consider the following agenda at their regular meeting to be held on Thursday, March 23, 2006 at 9:00 a.m., in the Commission Chambers, 2nd floor of the County Courthouse, 251 West Amador, Las Cruces, New Mexico.

  4. Case #CV06-001: Submitted by Enrique Tellez-Giron, a request for a Variance to the minimum rear yard setback requirements for an accessory building within the Performance District. The Doña Ana County Land Use Regulations and Zoning Ordinance requires a minimum rear yard setback of twenty five feet (25’), the applicant is proposing zero lot line. The property is Lot 17 Block 8 of the Cielo Dorado Subdivision, is 1.65-acres in size and is located at 10 Cielo del Oeste La Union, NM and is further identified by Map Code # 4-015-162-340-458.
