The Doña Ana County Land Use Regulations and Zoning Ordinance requires a minimum rear yard setback of twenty five feet (25’), the applicant is proposing zero lot line. The property is Lot 17 Block 8 of the Cielo Dorado Subdivision, is 1.65-acres in size and is located at 10 Cielo del Oeste La Union, NM and is further identified by Map Code # 4-015-162-340-458.
