COMMISSION WILL CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION. to discuss settlement terms and documents in Sunland Park v. Doña Ana County, CIV 02-0977, as authorized by the Open Meetings Act, Section 10-15-1 (H), Section 7.
COMMISSION MAY CONVENE IN OPEN SESSION. to take action, if any, on closed session items.
COMMISSION ADJOURNS AS THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND THE COUNTY BOARD OF FINANCE IN OPEN SESSION.
