The groundbreaking event will include Doña Ana County Clerk Dr. Amanda López Askin, Interim County Manager Stephen Lopez, Assistant County Managers, and several County elected officials. Other special guests will include Senator Bill Soules and Representative Doreen Gallegos, who were instrumental in the advancement of this initiative. The public is invited to attend.
